Fees- no surprises
We offer clear renting rules- renting agreement in English and pure financial conditions, you are free to pay in PLN or in EUR.
Your costs will be divided only into two costs:
- rent cost
- administration costs- all included. It means, that in administration costs all bills like electro, water, gas, garbage, TV and internet, cleaning common area are included.
It is simpler and useful for international people.
We implemented this kind of the payment procedure for you to avoid non expected costs from bills. We wish you to feel in Mellow Apartments calm and do not worry about some invoices, which could be not understandable for you.
We were also ERASMUS STUDENTS studying abroad- in England. We know exactly what is needed studying far away from home- to have good conditions to learn, work and leave.
